Due to the cultural influence that Colombia has had over the years, its typical food has been characterized for being varied, full of contrasts and flavors.

Our cooking class starts in a local market where the chef hand-picks the ingredients. Due to the exotic and rustic nature of the market, where one could encounter strong smells, noise, and a considerable amount of pedestrian traffic, the shopping experience could be overwhelming for some. Therefore, this activity is divided in two portions and the client can decide whether to attend the shopping experience, the cooking class, or both.

After the visit to the local market the chef offers the opportunity to live an exclusive experience specialized in Colombian food, he will give you the option to choose the region from which you want to learn and the most delicious and representative recipes of our Country. Ideally, the class should be scheduled at lunch or dinner.

The chef is able to create a menu adapted for those who suffer from food allergies or restrictions. Reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the class.
